I was thinking I had this big rant coming on. I’ve felt like it all week. Now I came online to see that I’ve already ranted out those thoughts already. What’s up with that? Now I’ve gotta start writing who know what. That’s what I get for having a plan I guess.
I was thinking that all I’ve got left is to speak of where we’re going. Maybe better to say where we aughta go. I dare say the right way. But I guess I just did, didn’t I.
I’m of the opinion that there’s a right way to be on this planet. And we’re not being aimed that way by those who we elect.
I’m kinda pissed off that rich people and those who lay claim to monarchy imagine that they are qualified to lead a world in a good way. In fact, I see no/zero proof that that is their plan. Plan you ask? How could they collude behind our backs? They don’t. They gather, it’s been documented. bildeberg, cfr, skull and boners, bohemian grove, and I don’t know in what other forums they conspire.
It doesn’t matter. Not in America. The United States of America was founded on principles of freedom. Most Americans have been made stupid. I know, I’ve been one of them. Americans speak of freedom as some egoistic self-indulgent free for all. Gimme gimme gimme. I’m free I deserve it. And soulders died to protect it! Children have died!
The freedom that was spoken of and protected by the constitution was mans equality. To free men from bondage; surfdom. To lay claim that all men are created equal, man rose up against empirical rule. Rule by a man. To rise up and say no, I am your equal, you have no right to rule. Rights are given by a divine source called God. And that as I am formed by the make-up of the cosmos, I am only subject to it on earth. No man has the right to rule over man.
Yet this is our situation, again. It’s alright. It’s happened before. Several times in our past.
The Roman Empire was one of the early ones, though we can’t forget the mesopatamian empires. I went on a search tangent once that started with the thought; if Nazy Germany was the third reich, what were the second and first like?
Well the first was the “holy roman empire” which was lead by kings who chose both the pope and the emperor. Of course the emperor was one of the kings. Ruled for nearly a thousand years; 962-1806, this empire kept rule through interbreeding; stayed wealthy by theft through taxation; population control through war; controlled the minds through the church.
It was Napolean that lead the rise to victory over empirical rule; but like a madman full of glory and power claimed himself emperor. Dumb ass.
The German empire rose and fell between 1871-1918. 1918 is the end of world war 1.
Of course, the third reich or empire was hitlers nazi germany. Now hitler was a dumb ass but I rarely if ever hear anyone discuss the depth of the nazis and those who funded them. I mean, rich fuckers put gobs of money into the rise of the nazis. And the occult creepy shit needs to be brought to the table too.
These guys were death worshippers. Skulls and bones not just to scare their enemy, but a theme. World war II went from 1939-1945. But the nazi party was formed in 1919 and began its rule in 1933 with hitlers appointment and pro-nazi rule of law. Even the word holocaust means sacrifice to a god. These dumb asses sacrificed millions of people.
Now again, we face these same kinds of dumb asses. They’re still rich people. They still think that they’re elite. They inter marry to share their wealth. They gather in secret to collude and conspire to gain and maintain wealth. In some cases, appear to gather and sacrifice care to molec a dumb ass pagan demon. After putting care/compassion/soul onto what looks like a baby; it’s burned to this tall speaking statue being.
Why should this matter? The dumb asses that have this ceremony/play are rich dumb asses who run big companies and oh yeah, countries. People like clinton, bush, bush, reagan, nixon, rumsfeld, gingrich… Dumb asses all!
This place is called bohemian grove and it’s the place that men conspired to invent the atomic weapon. A device used to kill. This same place that a ritual to sacrifice care to a being that resembles a sumerian demon prick who feeds on the tears of women and children.
Why the fuck christians aren’t upset by this shit baffles me. I mean, what the fuck?

I feel a bit better now.
So, to change directions is the new direction of this post. To change directions as a species on this planet, again. Hopefully, maybe for the last time, or at least a thousand years. Man must first remove the illusion; lift the veil so to speak. See. Look at what has been happening for a long long time.
Man, created by the divine force of universe called God, under none but God. Made to tend to the earth. Distracted into tending to himself.
As the TV rampages on about all the shit you don’t need that you now want. Think this, think that. Don’t worry the tv will tell you what to think. You sure as fuck don’t know how to think. That’s right, the schools suck at teaching children how to think, how to reason, to process truth from fiction.
Oh, now our politicians want to cut even more funds from public schools. Because they suck. But those same demuplicans keep giving more money to rich dumb asses.
Dumb asses in the supreme court even went so far as to try and make you think that a corporation is a person. What kind of bull shit is that? Words on paper are equal to your flesh and bloodness. What’s worse is that many corporations are so self focused that they trample on fleshy people to continue making profit. And the government is all for that shit. GDP goes up, wahoo! Even if a corporation allows tons of oil to spill out into the earths oceans, the gdp went up because money was spent cleaning it up. But these corporations get to keep on going.
If a person killed a person, they would either serve life in prison or die in prison much sooner. What the fuck!
If a corporation were a person, they should be abolished when they kill natural persons.
And for the natural persons. What the fuck? Dumb asses! Gismos and gadgets more and faster and prettier and differenter or just newer. For Gods sake. You are part of a planet. A sentient life form on the skin of the earth with the purpose to tend to the earth. But being lazy and stupid, you allow some corporation to tend to the earth for you. Mine rare minerals in dangerous places using fleshy people as sacrificial labor to build another gizmo or gadget. Pollute water ways with factory effluent shit out anywhere that seems convenient. No worries it is only the fleshy people who will suffer.
Mon fucking santo! holy crap! Monsanto not only diluted agent orange to give you round up to keep your lazy ass from bending over to pull a weed; but then developes seeds of plants that can withstand the same round up. Plants that produce not only sweet yellow corn flavor, but pesticide too. Tomatoes with msg added through the fertilizer? You’ve got to be kidding me, right? If only.
The world has been lead the wrong way by megalomaniac, necrofeliac, dumb asses. Death worshipping, anti-God, anti-human, greedy, sons of bitches.
Stop!
It’s time to go the other way.
Don’t ask for permission.
Don’t look for guidance from politicians, media liers, or corporate dumb asses.
Don’t do what they tell you to do anymore. They lie. They want you dead as a sacrifice to their demon dumb ass, who gives them more power and wealth.
Start small and go big.
Make it your life. It is your life we’re talking about.
You, a child of God. Created in and of the world to tend to it.

The big rant

Getting to the core. To blame. To point. To infer that there is a cause for mans great dysfunction. To even claim that man is dysfunctional may be some sort of sin to some. But no. Humanity seems to lack in general understanding of what it is. I know, I’ve probably said that before. Probably will again. But on observation, humanity lacks in humanity. Why we strive for self-satisfaction in favor of group satisfaction.
Looking at our history, we have done great things as groups. Raised pyramids on several continents. Built large temples to honor any number of deified beings and energies. Amassed ourselves into great armies to destroy one-another.
Confusingly, these marvels where all led in some way by a small group of elitists who believe that they are somehow better than the majority of their species. On occasion, believing to be a different, thus superior species of hominid.
This is the crux of today’s theme.
The world around us, the very planet we live on, looks like a mass marketplace for consumerism. Billboards, movies, television, commercials and even clothing are used to sell more and more stuff. And things that most people don’t even need but instead want. Want like I wanted all the crap I saw while watching Saturday morning cartoons. Wanting this and wanting that. One thing after the other. How many plastic things does Mattel have to sell? And that’s just one.
I remember seeing footage (it happened before I was conceived) of John F. Kennedy speaking to America. Speaking of a dream to get us to the moon. In less than a decade we had accomplished the feat. Martin Luther King spoke of a dream to unite humanity in peace.
Yet, since their deaths we have accomplished little more than the improvement of technologies that conquer our minds and divide us from each other. Be they weapons, phones, computers or televisions.

Watching the government is like watching a car wreck. It’s disgusting, but I can’t look away. And what makes it worse; the older I get, the worse it looks, the more pissed off I get, the more dis empowered and disenfranchised I feel, but the more I want to get involved.
The idea (rebate checks for turning in pos cars) was good but DC got “political” and as usual effed it up. Bush gave tax rebates for SUVs and Escalades. People didn’t bitch then. Well I did. Now you actually have to turn in a car to get money from a purchase. Not a bad idea actually. But why, instead of making scrap metal, couldn’t the gov take in a car, fit it to natural gas or some other fuel and sell it at auction. Wow, that would have created lots of jobs!
It makes sense why they didn’t though. The government now makes cars. Hopefully We (the government) make sure emission standards and fuel efficiency standards meet the needs of our future. Not the needs of greedy tycoons who just want more of your money.
Honestly though, I walk. Haven’t owned a car since 1989. At the time, for three years, I drove a 1977 cutlass cruiser station wagon. Think it got around 8-10mpg. Drove 24 miles just to school, work and home. I loved driving. Drove to the beach, to the hills, around, just because I could. Been feeling guilty ever since. And I lived in the “boonies” where you actually had to drive to get to just about anywhere but the neighbors cow pasture.
We’ve created cars as a “right of passage”. You’re 16, immature, irresponsible, and because your in the US, dumb as a post that can add some and write, but not spell! Here you go, pass a couple of easy tests and then we’ll give you the keys to 2000+ pounds of killing machine. Either you’ll kill yourself, your passengers, other drivers, pedestrians, birds, dogs, cats, deer, bugs and anything else that just happened to be walking or flying by. But oh yeah, it also runs on fuel we kill for overseas. And it farts out noxious gases that will kill your unborn grandbabies. Maybe the planet too.
FUCK CARS!!!
Brainwashed masses thinking it’s alright. The obese and uneducated sucking fumes watching cars drive circles.
The “news” is paid for by cars (and pharmaceuticals). So the news won’t spend too much time informing us of alternatives.
Our city planners are convinced the car is just the way it is. Sprawl has followed. Disconnecting us from each other. Yet, making a two or more mile round-trip to the 24-hour drive through to put fast food into a fat ass at 2am is “convenient”.
Now don’t get me wrong, I carry my fair share of more than I need on my own fat ass. And if I want to go to the desert, mountains or beach, I’ll rent a car to get me there. But we’ve built a society that is divided from itself. Both from people and from nature. The car culture has done much of this dividing.
So, after all of that.
What about cash for old inefficient washers and dryers. Rebates for rain barrels, water-wise landscaping, double pained glass… “Here’s 4000 for some solar panels” made in the U S.
What truly lacks in our government, since 1963, is leadership. True “get up america and lets do something cool and beautiful” leadership.

So, before I go off on a wild tirade, I wish to preface this with: I probably don’t know what I’m talking about. There, now I’m off the hook from further responsibility… My disclaimer for my bias is that I’m a 13 year student/practitioner of bodywork. I say student because I have not stopped learning new things about the body and seeing the potential of touch therapies to physical disorders.
The tirade begins…
I’m seeing this debate about “health care reform” happening yet I don’t see anything of value actually being discussed. Yes, there is a great concern over being medically uninsured. I get that. But it still doesn’t speak the volumes necessary to actually use the term “health care reform”.
Modern medicine has made great strides in injury repair. And holy crap, MRI machines are the coolest thing. And so are all the other amazing diagnostic tools. And I guarantee, if I had a heart attack or other “immediate”, life threatening trauma, I’d be happy to have a good hospital close by.
However, modern medicine appears to do little for actual problems and dysfunctions. In the realm of pain alone, medicine typically does little more than bandage with medication in greater and greater doses until the patient becomes addicted or has some type of organ dysfunction.
One problem lies in the medical schools. These institutions, in previous generations, and probably still teach their students a limited scope of understanding of the human being. A scope built on “hard” science and doubtful skepticism. The human body is often looked at as commonly arranged individual parts that appear to function independently.
They’re not wrong. The body is commonly arranged, I imagine, in most humans; most of our parts are in the same places. They appear to be separate from one another; until one notices the full homeostatic network of sensory, chemical, fascial, nervous, vascular, muscular, mental, spiritual, and structural symbiosis occurring in the human form.
I see clients who’s physicians rarely and clumsily touch them for diagnosis. And not fully grasping the depth and breadth of possibilities, instead, write their clients off as “psycho-somatics” or “guess” and send them to some other specialist.
In the realm of chemical medicine, plants are often seen as living medicines. Yet our system of medicine, quarantines plants as useless or unproven as useful. Rarely sharing with the populace even findings of plants which do harm. Only qualifying those chemical plant extracts that can be synthesized by some pharmaceutical “giant”. A “company” who’s primary goal is profit; secondarily to create pharmaceutical medications that will claim to do what it says. Sounds vague, and it is. Pills that may reduce your blood pressure will also probably kill you. Medicines to cut the pain will probably also eat away at your stomach. Most medications, when taken in conjunction with other medications can do all sorts of things that we aren’t quite even sure of because there are new medications being offered to the market all the time. But what kind of cocktail are you creating while you mix six different medicines, plus you’re vitamins and supplements. Well, that is if you can afford such things. Not to mention the damage just one medicine can do on the human liver.
Even at the dawning of modern mans use of electricity, our medical establishment had all but banned the teaching of electrical, manual, or herbal medicine in the medical schools. Funded by those few wealthy business men who survived the 1930′s depression; these medical schools found their curricula designed to create a system ruled by profit.
I know there must be people in he medical establishment who are noble at heart who think first about the well-being of their fellow man. But, like all of mans endeavors, there lies a small but noxious population of participants who are self motivated or greedy. They seek nothing but profit from participating in such medical inventions. Thus tainting the practice of medicine.
It appears there is less money in health than there is in illness.
What appears before the American people (like all insurance) is an “illness plan”, not a “health plan”.
Health is something that can only be maintained, increased, or decreased.
Our modern medical system knows/shares little of what maintains or increases health. Instead, categorizing and labeling any helpful therapy as unproven unless controllable by the medical establishment via prescriptive use (profit). Therapies that are anecdotally agreed upon as safe and useful for health are in danger of becoming controlled as prescriptive substances. Look at what happened to Cheerios.
Oh and have you heard of the Codex Alimentarius?
“…Codex is being used to hand over control of our entire food supply, “from farm to fork”, to the pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, bio-technology and industrial agriculture industries — who now circle nations like sharks waiting for their feeding frenzy.” “Without permission” from Health, Freedom & Democracy by Jenny Marsh 11/06 Imagine having to have a prescription for 1000mg of Vitamin C. Not being told about the mineral qualities of spinach and kale? Needing permits to grow high lycopene level tomatoes.
I want to laugh too. But this too has passed… right by our elected protectors. In December 2009, I think, Codex will go into affect here in the states. Giving personal control of our health to a foreign body. You knew this right?
So I ask (as usual) why am I not hearing these details talked about by my electorate? Could it be because they make more money from power hungry tycoons, insurance companies, and multinational pharmaceutical corporations? No…… How could that be? sarcasm implied
In the end folks, like most things. We’re on our own here. Health is a state of mind. The maintenance of health is multi-faceted. Encapsulating as a minimum, diet, appropriate exercise, touch therapies (personal bias) and mindfulness….
Not to mention clean air, clean water, less stress, organic food, protection from harmful chemicals in our environment, etc. How is our governing body going to mandate all of these issues?
Do we want them to give control of every facet of our lives to big corporations? How else can we keep us safe from death?
Oh… The boogie man has entered the room. Oh, feared death.
Fearing death, we have forgotten to live. Forgotten to continue to learn. Forgotten to smile and laugh and sing. Forgotten to take life and examine it for all it is.
It’s late and this is a rant… So you’ll have to flow with it…
Look deeply into health care reform. We have already had forced inoculations, chip implantation, enforced quarantine, refusal of services? Nothing is as simple as it sounds.
Like I said, I probably don’t know what I’m talking about. I could be wrong. And I certainly don’t know what the right answer is. And hopefully no one will ask me. Because I’ll probably have something to say about that too…

Mind in the body

There are so many things in this universe that confound and inspire me. I feel that I know so little sometimes. I kinda dig it.

Anyway, I was inspired when I began reading this book. I only got through the first, maybe two pages last night. But it was touching on a topic which I love to throw myself into. The conversation of mind. I’m sure I’ll finish the book, but I wanted to get what’s in my head out before I fill it with what someone else has to say about it. Call it a mental imagining.

Mind is one of those “things” in the world that we haven’t quite figured out yet. Yet we take it for granted so readily as to not even give it consideration. And it appears to be the “thing” we are. I’ll elaborate.

In this book, the author began to compare mind and nature. That all of nature in all of it’s scale has mind as it’s foundation. Looking around and within, it is nothing short of obvious. Seeing the whirl in a galaxy and in the sunflower. The minute forces that keep the atom together appears to be the result of intention. Pushing and pulling on each other in such a way as to make “every thing”.

That’s where I had to stop reading. While studying taoism and traditional chinese medicine for several years I’ve thought to figure out what chi is. It may sound funny; either because you have no idea what I’m talking about, or because maybe after ten years of study I should know by now. Alas, I am too stubborn to believe that I’m right.

But I will share my thoughts. As always, I’m up for real discussion and debate.

So, what is this stuff we call chi? Well nobody really knows for sure. The old taoists claimed it is the energy released by the movement of the two Great forces of Yin and Yang. Imagine the “energy” released by two fully complimentary yet opposing forces. Chi is the “energy substance” responsible for the existence of life. Chi is the force behind all motion. The binder which holds all things together. It is the will necessary for all transformations to occur. Chi is the thought that thinks the beating of the heart and keeps us alive.

Now I know readers may scoff. But who cares. Really!

In my readings over the years, I found some useful thoughts. I use them in my tai chi class. “Where the mind goes, chi flows”. In the taoist health philosophy it is said, “Where chi goes, blood flows”.

So, I thought about it. It seems obvious to me that to continue the thought: “Where the mind goes, blood flows”. So then I took it a thought further. If mind and chi both cause something to flow, maybe they are the same stuff. And so I thought, maybe chi is mind.

Using the earlier thought:

Mind is the “substance” responsible for life to exist. Mind is the force behind all motion. The will which holds all things together. It is the intent necessary that all transformations may occur. Mind is the thought that thinks the beats inside your chest and keeps us alive.

Science tells me that life is the result of complex combinations of protein molecules linked together in such a way as to form a double helix spiral. Mind is responsible for that. The great motions of the earth and sky are said to be the result of forces we hardly understand; created by minute interactions of the smallest things, that are themselves in motion. And I see a mind. Even other forces are said to hold matter together, again from its smallest to its largest. In this I recognize will. Thus, mind appears to permeate all things. To me.

The taoists had notions of chi consisting of two forces, three forms, five expressions as well as three main sources and 5 basic functions.

The two forces that create chi are yin and yang. These two expressions are difficult to translate as things. They are merely observable phenomena. Opposing, containing, controlling and contradicting one another while being mutually dependent. Seen in nature as darker and brighter, descending and rising, inner and outer, smaller and larger, feminine and masculine just to name but a few.They are the symbiotic interchangeable variations of cause and affect. And yet it is in the mind of the observer that all comparisons are subject.

The three forms; The Treasures. Chi, Jing and Shen. Jing and Shen are greater and lesser “condensations” of chi. The taoist often spoke of knowing the nature of water. In the nature of water man can see the nature of the tao. Using the analogy of water, chi has liquid, solid and gasious properties. Chi being the state of liquid; Jing the state of solidity and Shen being in the gasious state. Chi is the energetic principle discussed earlier as I’ll also call this “mind”. Jing is the slower moving property that solidifies our form. Shen is spirit, the ethereal property that guides action. We have now our treasures; our mind, our body and our spirit.

I’ll discuss Chi’s expressions sometime later. For now I want to keep this on topic.

So, what now is mind?

Do we isolate mind to a transfer of electricity and chemicals inside of our heads? I dare to believe that mind is not isolated to my brain, nor my body. Mind is not a function of the body. Body is a function of mind. The whole of the universe is a balance from it’s greatest to it’s least thus creating heat and cold, space and matter, vacuous and dense. And in the cosmos exists life.

Life forms in shapes, sizes and functions that are adapted to cope with the varied environmental conditions and stimuli. If mind were merely isolated to the brain as a coping function, what is the stimuli? One could say the stimuli is the outside world. But, this presumes that mind is simple reflex potential. Yet, my dog and I have different reflexes to the same stimuli. And my dog doesn’t reflect so deeply as to find his self writing long strings of words. Yet, maybe, life gives shape to mind. Various forms to house mind in various ways. Sharing mind with plant and and rock, the beasts and stars.

And then came man. Formed to house mind thusly. And yet being so great a creation to house mind, why is man so… mindless?

Being a curious monkey, I ask.

If the body is the house for the mind, why are we not living in them. The mind is drawn out of the body. Watch this, do that. Playing monkey see monkey do with a visual monitor. The mind has been turned into a technology addicted idiot savant. Able to be entertained, and work to pay bills. Minds have been conditioned to accept torture, servitude, fads and fashion. Outside sources wish to control how mind is used and what it thinks. I won’t go off about that… right now.

This is not the function of mind. Ironically, mind can be controlled with ones mind; so to speak. The will or intention that says “type the word wonderwoman” and sure enough there it is. Why? Because wonderwomans a hottie. Duh.

Yet to think of ones self as mind can be kinda weird. Am I my mind or my body? Or am I spirit?

From the taoist philosophy rose an artform in movement. A meditation and an exercise. Tai chi (the excersize is taiji) is the name for the great movement of yin and yang. The excersize consists of slow movements of body, breath and mind in all directions. Rising and falling, drawing and pushing, dancing inside and out. Imagining the breath following the mind as the mind moves fully into the body. Being fully present inside the body as it moves. Mind fullness is one of the many benefits.

Giving note to Caroline Myss. She said something once that just stuck with me. Something like “when the mind enters the body, the spirit follows”. I dig smart people.

Following the model of having three treasures. Mind Body Spirit. When the mind enters the body, the spirit follows. Bluntly, am I wearing my meat. Am I in here? How often? Am I now inside of my toes, my fingers, my eyeballs and my nose. My eyes, just like yours. Almost housed solely in the head and in the eyes. And through the eyes the mind sees madness, and confusion.

I’m in awe that I am aware of this life and body. Sovereign and unique. And it repulses me to witness the demand for my time, attention, energy and money for nothing more than trinkets, tokens, gizmos and gadgets. More things and devises that communicate what or how to think. Okay, I’m about to rant again, but hey it’s 1:30 in the morning.

All the wisdom in the world could be condensed down to “slow down, shut up, and pay attention”. After that, you can figure the whole thing out and have a great experience too. Dance inside your self.
